Inter-institutional agreements with universities:
The Metropolitan Hospital of Quito currently maintains agreements with the different universities that are authorized to carry out Postgraduate Degrees, offering full scholarships for the duration of their Postgraduate Degree without accrual of a scholarship.

- Emergencies and Disasters
- Gynecology and Obstetrics
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Traumatology and orthopedics
- Intensive therapy
- Radiodiagnosis and Imaging
In rotations:
- Anesthesiology
- Pediatric Surgery
- Maxillofacial Surgery
- Urology
Due to current regulations, Postgraduate Programs are directed by the Universities, which make their calls once the government deliveries are approved.
